Under the auspices of Circle Werk at CentralTrak in Dallas, TX, I’m developing a short film about contemporary conceptions of the biblical Eve. As part of the project, I’m looking for poetry, short essays (200 words or less), short stories (200 words or less), images of art work (photography, painting, sculpture, etc), and short video clips that are personal reflections about how the stories of Eve have affected you. Please respond to one of the following prompts: “I am Eve” or “I am not Eve” (you don’t have to use the words). I’m interested in a variety of perspectives, both male and female, from practitioners of all faiths, as well as practitioners of none.
